The Business Development team will be in charge of the company’s lead generation and sales. This job will be in charge of owning, finding, targeting, and cultivating ideal prospects, as well as connecting with and initiating sales meetings using industry tools. They will work closely with our executive team to develop new services/products and will contribute to the development of our sales and marketing strategy with fresh and original ideas based on market insights. The persons will be keen to build the business fast and ethically and will have a strong interest in people and teamwork. This is a multifaceted role in which the ideal applicant will be in charge of finding new customers and developing sales tactics.
Your key responsibilities:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and cold emails
- Analyze and Proactively review market reports to determine where to seek out new business
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Report to the Sales Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
- Work to convert losses into wins to the best of your ability
- Understanding our buyer personas and the needs and “pains” of our target market
- Using social selling techniques to attract and source leads
- Networking, face-to-face meetings, and any other activities that help to generate and close leads
Your Skills and Experience
- A proven track record of self-driven business-to-business lead generation
- The ability to analyze customers’ business needs and identify gaps
- Confidence and experience using all mediums (phone, social media, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate new customers
- Strong persuasive presentation skills
- Highly proficient in business technology; databases, call center systems, business software, Office suite
- A solid understanding of the contact center industry
- Well-versed in utilizing lead generation tools and sales funnel mgmt.
- Successful time management strategies
- Has a “let’s do this NOW” attitude and is not afraid to step up and handle the tough stuff
- Good presentation and client relation skills.
Nice To Have:
- Experience in Fintech, Cryptocurrency is a plus;
- Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and processes;
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Familiar with the Agile development methodologies.
- Proficient with Redmine, MS Office tools, and requirement mockup tools.
